What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply enable extension in Firefox 40 and attempt to create a new bookmark.  
It fails.  Disable extension and bookmarking works as expected.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect: Bookmark popup window.  Instead: Get nothing  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?IE tab 
4.0.20130422.1, Firefox 40.0.2, Windows 10

New version IE TAB 2, seems to work properly.
