Error stoping the rundeck windows service

Describe the bug
The rundeck windows services doesn't stop correctly

My Rundeck detail

• Rundeck version: 5.2.0
• install type: war
• OS Name/version: Windows Server 2022 Standard

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Services app on windows
2. Right click on the Rundeck Service, and choose the Stop option.
3. After a while the windows error popups

Expected behavior
The windows service should stop without any issue

Additional context
on the service.log (var\logs\service.log) file I can see the following error:
