until May 2024 unit tests were running with microsecond precision with a defect of comparing microseconds to ticks see #6450

As a consequence a number of tests are written in a way which ignores UNIT_TEST_BUSY_WAIT_CALLBACK() loop logic

While fixing the infrastructure offending tests got unitTestBusyWaitHack flag which eventually would need to be removed
