Storefront doesn't display Payment providers

Hello,

After follow docs Installation with Docker (https://docs.saleor.io/docs/3.x/setup/docker-compose), everything work well but I have a trouble with setup payment using saleor-platform. It not display any Payment provider in Checkout page event I active Stripe plugin. There are some screenshots. Please help me, there is any configure that I missing??

The commands I run to installation:

git clone https://github.com/saleor/saleor-platform.git --recursive --jobs 3
cd saleor-platform

docker-compose run --rm api python3 manage.py migrate

We are currently migrating from plugins to apps, so this process may be a bit misleading. Checkout is a Saleor app, not a plugin. You can find its technical documentation here, and here is the Payment providers documentation.

There still doesn't appear to be a way of actually installing the "saleor-app-payment-stripe" app (or any app) using a locally deployed "sayleor-platform" or am I missing something. The install button is disabled for all apps in the dashboard. In a local configuration, I can't get any payment gateways to be displayed in the "sayleor-app-checkout" even though the sayleor core graphql will show them. I'm assuming that's because these are the old plugins that are not supported in the react-storefront checkout app? It's all quite confusing. The whole syaleor-platform and react-storefront went together quite well, but I don't see any path to a working Stripe payment app install. Could anyone help explain what I'm missing?
