Order not placed, what does this mean "Provided payment methods can not cover the checkout's total amount

I cant get an order placed, the response is "Provided payment methods can not cover the checkout's total amount"

I am using what I called Dummy method, so like offline, there is no card details to enter, its just testing purposes. It used to work, but now the error says this. Cant find this issue online, cant find a setting that allows me to increase the payment method limit.

Hi @amityweb which payment provider are you planning to use?

It's the payment provider where you don't have to enter any payment info it just completes the order. Used for testing. Called Dummy.

how to setup this ? or any payment providers, right now i there is no option showing for payment option in checkout page.
