Portable Text - ordered list start attribute

The option to add a start attribute to ordered lists. This will allow users to break up list items with other content e.g. images but continue the list numbering thereafter.

Solution
Option in toolbar or even better a baloon popup allowing user to add the start number.

Our editors have the same requirement, although we managed to add images within list items, by making the image an inline-block.

Tried to look at whether we can modify the inbuilt list item properties, but couldn't find any way to do it.
