Why do you want to add this engine?
It contains quite a comprehensive database of anime/manga releases.

Features of this engine
Name of the anime, format, statut of the release, start days, studio, genres, staff, character of the media and so on

How can Searx fetch the information from this engine?
It has a public graphql API

Searx should adress everyone regardless. Although there are people who like anime for unknown reasons, there are many that do not. You may add that search engine to your own private instance, or ask the feature to one of the searx instances admins. I wouldn't support this added by default.

Actually, adding an anime or manga specific engine would be fine for searx.
For example, we already support Frinkiac which is an engine that is specifically just for Simpsons images.

Of course, these engines are normally disabled by default so users have to manually enable them in the Preferences page.

So anyone that wants an anime/manga engine should feel free to make to a PR.
