[Feature Request] Toggle "suggestions" section

I don't like the suggestions box, I think it'd takes up too much space.

I would like to be able to disable the "suggestions" box from the settings.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've thought of using CSS or a uBlockOrigin filter to hide the box, but I want this to be disable-able in the settings so we don't have to waste resources server-side.
