MacOS 13.4 (22F66) 因特尔 ShadowsocksX-NG1.10.2 使用全局和PAC不能正常使用Telegarm

好像这个软件的访问没有通过ShadowsocksX-NG的节点。

确认节点本身没有问题，相同的节点在IOS上，就可以使用Telegarm，PAC确认也是最新的。
