MACOS 13.2系统，下载了好几个版本全局或PAC均无法上网。

试试更改本地Socks5的监听端口，不要与本地http或者https默认的端口一样，安装默认都是1086，试试把Socks5的端口换成其他的，我的改成1087，全局可以fanqiang

osx 13.3系统,改端口好像没用.pac模式正常翻墙,全局就不行.感觉是苹果系统升级后的权限问题.
但我不知道怎么解决.有知道的吗?
