服务器手动修改设置，能否通过程序的方式自动修改服务器配置，你看隔壁的ClashX，别人的可以直接读取用户的写的配置文件（我的意思是可以通过程序自动修改配置），ShadowsocksX-NG的配置难道只能手动修改吗
