[Bug] If you hide ALL LLMs using the pop-up panel, the interface goes completely blank with no way to regain control

Describe the bug
Hide all LLMs in pop-up menu and the UI goes completely blank with no access to controls to bring anything back. I'm going to have to uninstall/reinstall

To Reproduce
Hide all LLMs in pop-up menu

Expected behavior
with no LLMs selected, I expect to at least have a control to reinstate the LLMs

ouch! will take a PR to add a check (disallow hiding when there's only 1 left). in the meantime you can reset it with cmd+shift+A!
