Using Media Library Pro hosting to AWS. Pdf-to-Text on AWS URL hosted PDF?

We're using the media library pro to upload a pdf, upserting to AWS, now trying to pass into pdf-to-text, but no luck so far.

Is there any way to get the text from an AWS hosted PDF?
