Hello, I trained as a biochemist at Princeton University, but have since become interested in computational methods for simulating the time evolution of biomolecular networks. I developed the method of Agent-based Kinetics (ABK) for probing the effects of heterogeneity in the composition of species populations on the dynamics of a system.

I have done this work in my spare time over the last few years, a true labor of love. Any contributions would allow me to spend more time and energy on the continued development and support of this open-source project!
