RVM is the acronym of Ruby enVironment Manager. It manages Ruby application environments and enables switching between them.

RVM is super important to both new users and a ton of organizations, both large and small. RVM is far more complex than other Ruby installers and switchers because it does much more. This complexity increases the difficulty of maintainership and means we need help!
