Unable to capture payments from Spree dashboard if payments are captured from Stripe dashboard first.

Steps to Reproduce

Place an order
Go Stripe dashboard capture payments
Go Spree dashboard capture payments
PAYMENT STATE will be Failed

Version used: Spree 4.7, Ruby 3.1.4, Rails 7.0.8
