Allow disabling external services

I'd like to use something like Spyglass, but I don't want any external web services used - I can process enough data on my own machine.

Can this be configured?

@voltagex did you have something in mind? Spyglass by default doesn't use anything external

@voltagex ah yes, those are for the ones you choose from our community library. You can always grab the source for those and add them manually if you don't want to use the pre-indexed ones.
