Improve the parsing algorithm

Currently, we parse the resumes to extract text and put them into JSON file formats.

The Goal here is to create or improve the existing algorithm to improve the current state of file parsing to identify newer keywords, text and job descriptions.

And group the job descriptions based on experience. Like:
Worked at ABC Company. Followed by the context of ABC company, etc.
