There is a way to cancel an upload procees? If I close the worker windows the process seems to stop but in the gui I still see "Running" and I can't delete the job in the Job list.

Sounds like the worker process is killed but the iTMSTransporter is still running. When the worker process is killed the jobs status will never be updated.

Solution to this would likely be to kill the iTMSTransporter process and mark job as failed. I will investigate.
