Meet app but unique URL per user

I was suggested the Meet app (https://vdo.ninja/alpha/meet) in a discord while asking around about a way to get people together but separate their audio so it can be controlled per person in OBS.

Not sure if it would be possible to make it so you can create a session with multiple rooms within it.
Each person featured in the stream audio would go into a room solo.
Each room would have its own unique URL where the audio is available per person.
These URL's would be added to OBS where you can monitor and control the audio of each person individually.

If something like this already exists, is already a feature or is seemingly impossible, please let me know.
