Ability to bypass OBS and Send Directly to Multiple Streaming Services form the Browser Itself #1091

Can the ability to be added to directly stream to multiple streaming services from the browser itself.

This would mean this will need some additional facilities like in streamyard.com and restream.io where on can add transitions, lower thirds, etc.
