Add Peertube integration

I have seen that there are many integrations with different software. Would it be possible to integrate VDO.Ninja with Peertube? As I understand it, to broadcast a live stream to Peertube you must do so using the RTMP protocol + a key for the live stream. Could what happens in VDO.Ninja be recorded directly in a Peertube live?

If Peertube added WHIP ingest support, as Twitch has done this year, then I can do it and it would work already with VDO.Ninja. There's quite a few open source packages to do WHIP ingestion these days, and I could also support WHEP publishing if preferred.

Otherwise, you'd need OBS or https://github.com/steveseguin/browser-to-rtmp-docker or such to do the RTMP sending, as that protocol is not available to me in the browser.
