为什么提出这个新的特性改动
有些读者使用RSS订阅文章更新，这没问题。但是NotionNext的RSS会同时返回全文内容给RSS订阅器，导致用户可以直接在RSS订阅器内阅读而无需访问网站。某些博主并不希望用户这样“偷懒”，希望用户是访问网站来阅读的，所以希望可以增加这个配置。

增加一个“RSS是否返回全文内容”的配置。
