This occurs because the thumbnail of the posts has limitation of about 10 to 20.

From personal experience, Instagram has brutally restrictive rate limitations, especially concerning anything that is not a browser. Being logged in or using the API will only compound this issue, and will result in the account being banned and inevitably deleted, regardless of the account owner's compliance to TOS.
