Describe the bug

Hello,

There is a nice framework intended to sync md to confluence markdown-to-confluence.
It's build on top of solid xml processor but every markdown I generated by terraform-docs looks not compatible with it.

Not sure if there are different versions of Markdown or some way to evaluate api compatibility of frameworks.

How can we reproduce it?

terraform-docs markdown document . --output-file README.md
# configure creds
python -m md2conf README.md

Environment information

terraform-docs version v0.17.0 darwin/arm64
go version go1.22.1 darwin/arm64
MacOS
