The gateway shows activation, but the sensor device is not displayed

Here are some of the problems we are currently facing, and I hope to receive help
Our gateway device has been connected to the TB platform and shows as active.
2. Our gateway is connected to two different data collectors, and this collector is connected to different sensors (up to four)
3. We can monitor that the gateway can upload data from the data collector to the TB platform, but we cannot see the data display on the platform.
I don't know what we did wrong, is it necessary for us to modify the transmission rules? Or is it caused by other reasons?
