Can not sleep display after using BLEUnlock

Hello，thank you for developing this good APP for auto-lock/unlock screen for apple users.
I am using M2 MacBook Air with macOS 13.5.1 (22G90) and connect it to a 4K display with MacBook cover closed . For my first time to use this app, it worked fine in my Mac, I choose my Apple Watch as the device, after I leave away from my mac, the display turn off and Mac locked, after I came back, the display still keep off without auto-unlock even I already select "Wake on Proximity". After this, a few days use this app, after I leave my Mac, the display can not turn off but lock Mac still works fine, when I came back, auto-unlock also works fine. So, I uninstall this app and remove all the files link with this app, but the problem remains, the displays can not off and Mac doesnt lock.
OK, this is my problem, could you help me to solve this? I am not sure this is caused by this app, but I don't know who I can ask for help, thank you.

Here is the setting when I used this app, I choose these items: Wake on Proximity, Pause "Now Playing" while Locked, Turn Off Screen on Lock, Launch at Login, for "Passive Mode", I choose it or not, the problem still here.
