Repeated "Download Completed" notifications

Description:
I get time-to-time disconnected message from my qBittorrent client, and randomly getting "Download Completed" notification popups.
I'm not sure if there is any relation between the two, but I think it's worth to mention.

It would be great if the app somehow stores which torrent was already downloaded any only notify about the real new ones. Now unfortunately it can cause a lot of disruptions.
