目前我只找到了 REALITY 协议的 uTLS 指纹设置，但对于非 REALITY 协议，如常规的 VLESS+TLS 或 VMESS+WS+TLS，都没有发现 uTLS 配置入口。

请为非 REALITY 协议添加 uTLS 配置入口，并考虑支持 V2rayN/NG 带出的含 fp 的分享链接，形如：
vless://UUID@domain:port?encryption=none&security=tls&sni=domain&fp=chrome&type=tcp&headerType=none#Remark
