Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Many distributions will install extlinux.conf under /boot/extlinux, but the current syslinux implementation does not look there, preventing a host from being able to boot.

Examples:

Add /boot/extlinux to the list of directories searched for when parsing syslinux configs.
