Would it be possible to show the name of the pull request in the list of active runners on the "GitHub Runner Integration" page?

Sorry for late reply, looks like we missed this issue. Thank you for your input.
With the current design of Github Actions Webhooks, this is not a very trivial problem to solve. The reason is, when we get a webhook from Github, they don't share the information which Pull Request asks for this. The runners are assigned a job related to a PR only after we provision the runner and register it to the Github. I will still add this to our next quarter planning and see what the team thinks about it.
