Registry updated, yet still "This PC can't run Windows 11"

Seemingly I am doing something very bad, but I still cannot install Windows 11 (M2, amd64, UTM 4.4.5 (94)). The registry was correct to start with in this version:

and I even added a key MoSetup as described here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/ways-to-install-windows-11-e0edbbfb-cfc5-4011-868b-2ce77ac7c70e

I checked the registry when Windows install was asking for the languages for the installation, so that they are active already during the minimal requirements check. Yet - got the "can't run" report without further explanation what was insufficient.
