^^^ This a 700x400 pixels image... from a regular computer screen I want the same size, but for a phone screen I want to make it smaller, maybe 60% of the original size..

Summary
I got an error from the lighthouse and gave me this link here:
https://nextjs.org/docs/pages/api-reference/components/image?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=devtools#sizes
to include this code here:
^^^ How does that work exactly?
"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, (max-width: 1200px) 50vw, 33vw"
^^ Is this telling me that image is 768px when the screen is at 100%? and then the image goes bigger at smaller percentage? That makes no sense...
I want to use the above tool to fix a few errors, as well as fix some image sizes... example this code here:
^^^ This a 700x400 pixels image... from a regular computer screen I want the same size, but for a phone screen I want to make it smaller, maybe 60% of the original size..
How would I go to that?
The code I used end up covering the entire screen
