Describe the bug

User has two windows, window 2 is active (verified in the GUI and via checkmark on window 2)

Replace applies to window 1 instead of 2.

User cannot use more than 1 window.

Moving ~/.visit away heals the problem.

tarball with user's /.visit folder is on LLNL SCF at:

/usr/workspace/visit/visit/bug_data/
