Location: "Keywords and Synonyms", under "Protocol", under "Planning".

What the problem is: the Keywords are listed in alphabetical order of the column "Keywords". I would expect them to be listed by the column "Related to", keeping the specific PICOC order.

Example of how my Keywords "Related to" column became ordered:

• Intervention
• Population
• Comparison

How I expected them to be ordered:
