Planning. Quality Assessment Checklist. Deleting one question deletes all data on: Conducting. 5. Data Extraction.

I was happily extracting data on: Conducting -> Data Extraction, when I decided to change the Quality Assessment Checklist on: Planning -> Quality Assessment Checklist. I deleted some questions and created another ones. No article was already evaluated.

It happened that all the data that I have extracted was deleted from the system. Exporting gives me a completely blank spreadsheet.

Sorry, but this behaviour makes no sense to me. Why I had to loose my extracted data due to quality questions? The SLR is an iterative process, why I can't improve my questions after extracting data?

The error I get on Conducting -> Data Extraction is "No data extraction form.". It is not true. I have a data extraction form on Planning -> Data Extraction Form.
