使用扫描并导入功能，处于第4级的目录和文件会重复导入 #2469

Describe the bug
使用扫描并导入功能，处于第4级的目录和markdown笔记会重复导入。
不知道为啥上传不了附件。关于第4级，就是和几级目录一样的意思（在文件夹里面新建文件夹）
关闭这个笔记本并且用从文件夹新建笔记本才能正确导入，不会重复。

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

新建文件夹至少到3级，在3级文件夹里新建文件夹或者markdown笔记
关闭vnote
打开vnote，如果文件夹是闭合的，点击扫描并导入，就会发现有重复导入
如果新建的文件夹可能每次重新打开vnote都是展开的，此时需要关闭笔记本，并且从文件夹新建笔记本选择刚刚新建的笔记本，再次执行2、3步骤就能复现

Expected behavior
如果是个人操作问题麻烦指出，如果确实是bug希望可以修复
