Describe the bug

当对公式进行交叉引用时，公式实时渲染出了一个黑块，而不是公式。

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

打开 vnote
在vnote中打开该文件（包含三个公式）： test-2.md
在纯编辑模式下可以看到只有第二公式被正确渲染出来了，第一、三个渲染出了一个黑块，而不是公式

Expected behavior

希望可以在纯编辑模式下正确地实时渲染出公式，而不是黑块
