Add an option to only re-infer specific settings from the old MO2/file-tag system.

To allow a combined use of still using the inside MO2 tags without overwriting the managed custom rules for folders independent of MO2.

@foreverphoenix made me indirectly think of that idea. Now I only need the time to make it.

Already implemented last year just forgot to close the issue.
