4.0 UI rework - Gallery

This issue covers all of the things that should be done before the UI rework of the gallery is considered done.

• 4.0 Styling
  Done! Gallery now has 3 tiles next to each other, the modlist description will be moved to a 'detail' view.
  

• Improved text search
  Done! Searching for 'Ro' for example searched for all mentions of the letters 'Ro' after each other in description, tags & titles before. Now it's sorted properly by title and it should be a bit more responsive.

• Improved game search (with icons)
  

• Modlist size filter (min + max slider)
  Done! You can now search on (total) modlist size in GB.
  

• Use thumbnails instead of loading full size images
  Done! The modlist gallery is now a bit smoother because the loaded images are smaller, so they don't require as fast of an internet connection to load fully.
  

• WebM modlist images load without needing very recent Windows Imaging Components version
  Done! To fully show WebM images previously Wabbajack depended fully on WIC, and only recent versions of WIC support WebM. We now use libwebp as a fallback, now all images should display correctly on all machines.
  

• Built-in archive search

• Manage installed modlists (with validation button)?
