Firefox & Chrome

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

In PageBuilder > Menu, add 1 folder with at least 1 child item.

What is the expected behavior?

Should render the folder as collapsed. On Hover, the child items expand.

What do you see instead?

All child items are rendered initially & are rendered horizontally.

Additional information

Likely just missed hover actions with the new page render process.

Possible solution

I'll submit a PR with the fix.
