Stored procedure with custom type

How can I execute a stored procedure(function) which returns a custom type. Here is my custom type

CREATE TYPE JWT_TOKEN AS
(
  user_id   UUID,
  name      TEXT,
  acc_type  SMALLINT,
  belong_to TEXT
);
