网页端的推送机制很烂，能否添加推送机制改为app端的选项

我长期用PC客户端，反而认为客户端的垃圾推送内容才多。网页端原创或者制作精良的推送多得多，要不是网页版看关注的UP主的视频投稿麻烦，我早就不用客户端了
