之前也有人提交过这个问题 查了下 是chrome无法读取某些文件导致的。
https://issues.chromium.org/issues/41176433
也许是升级导致某些文件权限的改变，也许有僵尸进程一直在占用文件...这问题很古老。暂时解决的办法是 重启电脑。
