视频录制 录制帧率是根据视频源来的 暂时无法控制。可以控制录制比特率，可以考虑加上。

可是我是录制的窗口，录制下来卡顿卡顿的

看了下源视频帧率时30帧，窗口录制为23.976帧，所以看起来卡卡的
