Feature Description

By default, VSCode doesn't prompt about unsaved files when closing it. It simply restores them when re-opening. It's handy for random notes. So it'd be nice if Xournal++ could leverage auto-saves to do the same.

I think this would require a platform independent global application singleton and multi-window support first.
So we can start a different window, restoring the old data, when opening an existing file.
