If moving some text using the select tool or the vertical space tool, it is always annoying, if the text snaps to the grid, with a random offset, because the bounding box snaps to the grid. (At least that is what I think it does, the result is the same.)
Feature Description
I would prefer, if the text snaps to a constant offset, instead of the bounding box snapping to the grid, because this is what I do most times, moving text an integer number of squares in different directions. The same applies for the vertical Space tool. I think in most cases it is used to move Text a few lines down.
I know often it is used to move objects non integer number of squares/lines, so what I describe is not every use case, but in this case, it probably won't be useful either if it snaps to the absolute grid, so you would disable snapping anyway.
Alternative Solutions
With the vertical Space tool it is possible to start and stop at a Line, so having an integer number of squares is possible, but only if you have enough space between the lines to start at a grid line.
