when using xournal++ from my pc it is frustrating to rotate compass and setsquare tools using keyboard. Also using alt+shift with r/R to rotate compass or setsquare changes my system language and then xournal no longer understands the keypresses.

Feature Description

Like other similar apps it is more user friendly to enable a rotating handler inside the compass and the setsquare tools. so the user can rotate easily those tools. Please look attached mp4 file as an example.
