假设有这样一个场景，用10台机器处理中国所有的城市相关的数据，在xxl-job 的文档中，发现要处理的话，只能每个节点都去获取所有城市相关的数据，然后每台机器再去选择自己感兴趣的城市去处理数据。

使用xxl-job 能否做到，只用一台机器去获取所有城市的数据，然后按城市去将任务分发到各个节点上。
