每年每到一些特定时刻，哔哩哔哩总会将我的APP主题自动改为运营主题。每次都需要我自己去主题设置里面改回。运营完全可以在用户进入APP的时候直接弹窗推送，询问是否更改为当下运营主题。但不应该在没有任何提前告知的情况下自动更改，且在更改后也没有任何形式告知。我需要的只是最简单的知情权和选择权，请把这两样权利还给作为用户的我！
